House of Amranth is a brand of Dharamraj Botanica LLP, registered office 211, Scheme No. 134, Sector B, Nipania, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India. In this policy, "we" and "our house" mean Dharamraj Botanica LLP. We decide how the personal data described here is used, and we answer for it.
This page is complete on its own. It tells you what we collect, why, who helps us handle it, how long we keep it, and how to reach us.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, through the enquiry page or an enquiry window on any page:
- your name and email address (required);
- your company or brand, your phone number, your market, and what you are interested in (optional);
- the message you write;
- the page you sent the enquiry from.
When you visit the site:
- Visit statistics. We count page views, the country a visit comes from, the browser, and how fast pages load. This uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not identify you or follow you to other sites.
- Technical data our host needs. Like any website, our host receives your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
We do not set cookies. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry: to reply, send a catalogue or samples you ask for, and take forward any order or trade conversation that follows.
- To keep business records that the law requires of us, if an enquiry becomes an order.
- To understand which pages are useful, from the visit statistics, which identify no one.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.
Your consent is given when you send an enquiry. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to the address below, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not undo what was done before it.
Who helps us handle it
- Netlify, Inc. hosts the site and receives enquiry form submissions.
- Cloudflare, Inc. provides the visit statistics described above.
- Our email provider carries our replies to you.
Each handles the data only to provide its service to us. These providers may store data outside India, including in the United States. We transfer data abroad only as Indian law permits.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as the conversation it starts continues, and for any period the law requires us to keep business records. An enquiry that does not lead to an order is deleted within 24 months of our last exchange. Visit statistics identify no one and are kept in aggregate.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us:
- for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- to correct, complete or update it;
- to erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- to nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or cannot act.
Write to us at the address below. We reply within 30 days.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the equivalent rights under the data protection law that applies to you, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Complaints
Write first to the contact below. If our answer does not resolve your complaint, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us an enquiry, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
We protect the data we hold with reasonable safeguards and limit access to the people who need it to answer you. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
