The House of Amranth.

House of Amranth is a Darjeeling tea house and registered exporter, operating under Dharamraj Botanica LLP. Each season we taste across the gardens of the Darjeeling appellation and choose the lots most deserving of the tin — named, dated, and numbered — then carry them to buyers who care where their tea came from. We do not blend origins or hide a garden’s name; the provenance is the product.

What we hold to

Single-appellation sourcing

We work within Darjeeling, the protected appellation of registered gardens — Giddapahar is our flagship. The garden is named on every tin.

Tasted before we buy

Every lot is appraised by our Chief Tea Taster in Siliguri, West Bengal, before it is accepted.

Dual residue testing

A two-tier screening — the estate's own report, plus an independent secondary test — before a lot is cleared for export.

Certified packing

Processed and packed through a USFDA-registered, HACCP-certified packing partner in Kolkata.

Documented export

Darjeeling GI authentication, phytosanitary clearance and full customs documentation, dispatched via Mumbai JNPT or Kolkata.

North America, the EU (EC pesticide and MRL limits), the UK, the GCC, and East Asia — each served with the import documentation its market requires, including packing through our USFDA-registered, HACCP-certified partner facility.
