The House

Step-by-Step Export Process.

From your first enquiry to a loaded container — six steps, each documented.

  1. 01

    Requirement & sample curation

Tell us your grades, volumes and market. We put together a sample set to match.

  2. 02

    Master tasting

Every lot is evaluated by our Chief Tea Taster in Siliguri before it's confirmed for your order.

  3. 03

    Dual MRL audit

A two-tier residue check — the estate's own report, plus an independent secondary test — against your destination's limits.

  4. 04

    Certified packing

Packed through our USFDA-registered, HACCP-certified partner facility in Kolkata.

  5. 05

    Export documentation

Tea Board of India registration, Darjeeling GI authentication, phytosanitary certificate and Certificate of Origin.

  6. 06

    Port loading & dispatch

Loaded and dispatched via Mumbai JNPT (primary) or Kolkata.

Labelling

We label on behalf of the buyer — including applying a corporate buyer’s own label to the tin or caddy. We do not offer private-label or OEM production, custom blending, or pyramid tea bags.
