The story of this tea.
Every house needs one tea that answers the question: where should I begin? This is ours. The Signature is a single-estate Giddapahar selection, chosen by taste from the harvests we judge most complete — balanced between the brightness of spring and the depth of summer.
It is not a blend of origins; it never leaves the one hillside. It is simply the lot, in any given season, that we believe speaks for the whole garden — named, dated and presented in the gift caddy. If you hand someone one tin to explain what we do, hand them this.
Muscatel and honey over ripe orchard fruit — balanced, amber and unmistakably Giddapahar.
